Delgadillo

The 2004 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon opens with complex notes of blackberry, plum and finishes with velvety tannins. Richly textured, this vintage is a aged to perfection and ready to enjoy. Only 145 cases of this exceptional release were produced.

With 20 months in barrel and over 5 years in bottle, the 2003 Delgadillo Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon has been beautifully aged in ideal cellar conditions before its release. Aromas of liqueur de pruneaux and cinnamon punctuate the nose dominated by red fruits. In the mouth, look for intense flavors of fresh red fruits and caramel overlaid by well-integrated oak tones.

Richly textured, this vintage is a thrill to enjoy today. Appealing blackberry, juicy cherry and waves of velvety mocha. Only 92 cases produced.

We are very pleased to present the 2001 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Only 245 cases of this inaugural release from Delgadillo Cellars were produced. Be sure to order early, as we do not anticipate this vintage to be available for long.
